Sandra Kamas

I have 40 years of behavioral health services experience. I have been in private practice as a professional counselor for 20 years.

 

It is my goal to provide professional counseling services to each individual in an open and safe environment as to allow discussion into the most sensitive areas of ones life.  I strive to empower each personal I see to use their own strengths to overcome obstacles.

 

I provide professional individual, couple, family and group counseling.   I see children, adolescent, and adults.  My expertise is varied although I see individuals with anxiety, depression, panic disorder, adjustment disorders, family stressors, substance abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, and self-esteem and anger management.

 

I have additional expertise in child abuse, adoption, foster care, substance abuse as well as domestic violence and sexual assault. In 2003, I was awarded the Governor’s Accommodation Award for Excellence.
