About Jordan
Jordan is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma and her Master’s of Arts in Psychology-Counseling from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Jordan has experience working in a school system implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. Jordan also has experience working with children and adolescents that have experience sexual trauma and received specialized training using Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for sexual trauma during her internship. Jordan strives to implement Evidence Based Treatments with both children and adults.
Her main treatment approach is TF-CBT and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based treatment implementing connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to create attainable goals with the client.
