About Mackenzie

Coming to counseling can be a difficult choice, but there is power in vulnerability. My top priority is to create a safe, honest, and nonjudgmental environment for us to work together to create solutions to life's challenges. My job is to ask the right questions to help you find the right answers.
I have a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma, where I was trained in the most evidence-based treatments for a variety of issues. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages and backgrounds struggling with issues like anxiety, depression, anger, substance abuse, low self-esteem, relationship conflict, trauma, behavioral problems, and others. I work from an individualized, multicultural, secular, client-centered perspective and specialize in cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) and narrative therapy. I am passionate about providing affirming therapy to our LGBTQI+ community and allies, as well as working with secular and/or religious issues.

Insurances I accept:
- Medicaid
- Sliding-Scale self-pay
